What information do we collect?

We collect information so that we can provide you with the best possible experience when you use our Services. Much of what you probably consider personal data is provided directly by you when you: (1) create an account or purchase any of our Services (e.g., : billing information, including name, address, credit card number, government ID); (2) request assistance from our customer service team (e.g., (3) complete contact forms or request newsletters or other information from us (e.g., email); or (4) participate in contests and surveys, apply for a job, or participate in activities that we promote that may require information about you. However, we also collect additional information when we provide our Services to you to ensure necessary and optimal performance. These collection methods may not be obvious to you. For this reason, below we would like to highlight and explain a little more what they might be (as they change frequently) and how they work: Account-related information is obtained in conjunction with your use of our Services, such as account number, purchases, when products renew or expire, requests for information, and requests and notes or information to customer services explaining what you requested and how we responded to you. Cookies and similar technologies on our websites and in our applications allow us to track your browsing behavior, know which links you click, which products to buy, your device type, and obtain various data, including analytics, about how you use and interact with our Services. This allows us to provide you with more relevant products, a better experience on our sites and mobile applications, and to collect, analyze and improve the performance of our Services. We may also obtain your location (IP address) to personalize our Services. Service Usage data is obtained automatically when you use and interact with our Services, including metadata, log files, cookie/device IDs, and location information. This information includes specific data about your interactions with the features, content, and links (including third party links such as social media plugins) that are within the Services, Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and settings, date and time the Services were used, information about browser settings and plug-ins, language preferences and cookie data, information about devices for accessing the Services, including device type, operating system used, device settings, application IDs, unique device identifiers and error data. Some of this collected data may determine your approximate location and may be used for that purpose. Supplemental data about you may be received from other sources, including public databases or third parties from whom we have acquired data, in which case we may combine this data with information we already have about you. This allows us to update, expand and analyze the accuracy of our records, identify new customers and offer you products and services that may be of interest to you. If you provide us with personal information about other people, or if other people provide us with information about you, we will only use such information for the specific purpose for which it was provided.

How do we use the information?

We believe strongly in minimizing the data we collect and limiting its use and purpose only (1) for which we have been granted permission, (2) to the extent necessary to deliver the Services you purchase or interact with, or (3) to the extent we are required or permitted to do so to comply with legal obligations or other lawful purposes. These include: Delivering, improving, upgrading, updating, and enhancing the Services we provide to you.
